Conditions for product return – claim
Product exchange – return with xxxx must be products ordered through the website only.
- 1. In case of damaged products, customers must inspect the product and immediately refuse to accept the product. If there is a problem with the delivery of products that are different from the order, such as the wrong size, incomplete quantity, or damaged products (at the company’s discretion)
- 2. No exchange – return is accepted in the case that the product has been used and the customer wants to change their mind, not due to a product problem.
- 3. Products with problems from the product itself can be requested for exchange/return, but must be verified by the company’s staff in every case. The company reserves the right to consider accepting the exchange or return of products according to the specified conditions. The company’s decision is final.
- 4. The product must not be damaged / broken from the customer’s actions.
- 5. The product must have a real receipt.
- 6. The product must not be used and must be packed in a box or package in perfect condition.
- 7. Products received under the promotion conditions, such as free gifts, exchange products, purchase products, etc., must be returned with the main product.
- 8. Shipping costs and other service fees are non-refundable.
- 9. Products that can be proven that the damage was not caused by the company.
Form and method of refund/return products
In the case of paying for products via credit card, full payment or installment payment, the company will refund the product price back to the credit card account. Customers can request a refund within 7 days after receiving the product (the name on the credit card must match the name of the person ordering the product on the website only) and will receive a refund within 60 business days from the date the company receives all documents.*
In the case of paying for products via mobile banking, QR Code, etc.

4. Reporting the problem
- Take a photo of the product and send it to the officer
- State the cause and problem
- The company requests to return all products in all cases
- For product exchanges and claims, the customer must report the problem within 7 days after receiving the product or service. If the product is ready to be shipped, it can be processed within 7-14 days. If not, there may be a notification to change the model or size or cancel the purchase.
